This project scope included demolishing walls, cabinets, carpet, bathroom, accessories & acoustical ceiling; removing outlets & relocating emergency light & switch; cutting & patching concrete for plumbing; supplying & installing replay Johnsonite rubber floor; installing a new acoustical ceiling with 15/6” ceiling grid & dune series tile; installing & supplying VCT flooring at bathroom area; patching & sheet rocking new bath wall & damage from demo; painting existing walls; relocating existing bathroom door, frame & hardware; and installing & supplying shower, sink & toilet
