The State of Connecticut Department of Public Works chose Rizzo Corporation as the Construction Manager for this $4.1 million project.

The project consisted of the complete gut and renovation of a historic, three-story building on the University’s Midtown Campus. As part of the renovation, we also upgraded the entire building’s fire alarm system. This student dormitory project was schedule-driven so that the project was completed in time for the Fall semester.
