1050 North Broadway Studio is a new construction project for a movie production studio located on a 4.38-acre site in Yonkers, NY and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025. The finished building will be 4 stories high and have a combined floor space of 177,000 SF and be separated into 2 – 20,000 SF stages and 1 – 10,000 SF stage, 30,000 SF office space, 27,000 SF mill/storage space, 2,000 SF sound room, 3,000 SF control room and a 2 level 65,00 SF parking garage.

The three stages will be supported by the shared mill and storage space along with both the sound and control rooms. The two-level parking garage is to be located above the mill/storage area. Adjacent to the stages is a 3-level office space that will include dressing rooms and makeup areas for use during production.
