Ives Bank Headquarters

The Savings Bank of Danbury, now known as Ives Bank, is undertaking a significant project in downtown Danbury. The project involves the demolition of the historic YMCA, Tuxedo Junction, and Hodge Insurance buildings at the corner of Main and White streets to make way for a new $20 million headquarters
This new four-story office building will house 70 employees and include green space and a small park. The project is expected to take 14 to 18 months to complete.
The bank's president, Martin Morgado, emphasized that this development reflects their commitment to downtown growth and innovation
