This project includes the renovation of approximately 40,000 SF of the former Republic Foil building office and manufacturing area to house a local electrical supply company. A significant portion of the existing building (approximately 60,000 SF) was completely demolished. In its place we constructed 60,000 SF of new space with a pre-engineered metal building.

Some challenges to the project included remediation work due to the old factory, less than satisfactory soil conditions, and construction of a large retaining wall along one side of the site. A portion of the existing building façade was removed and re-sided using pre-engineered wall panels. The configuration of the existing building had a narrow alleyway, about 12’ wide by 100’ long, which we in-filled with a pre-engineered structure to gain additional floor space. The project site was completely renovated with new paving, storm drainage, site lighting, and landscaping. The project can now house up to 8 tenants.
