Armando’s, a popular restaurant in Bethel, purchased land nearby in order to expand to meet customer demand. The owners chose the Rizzo Corporation, another successful business that started small and grew in the Greater Danbury area, as its general contractor.

The project scope included demolishing the existing buildings on the site, handling the asbestos abatement in preparation for the new restaurant and retail center, and constructing the center from the ground up to conform to the restaurant owner's specifications.
