Rizzo Corporation built this six story, 126,000 sq. ft. parking garage in City Center Danbury. Work was performed within very tight quarters adjacent to numerous historic Main Street building, This precast concrete structure offers off street parking close to Danbury’s business district. This project was a key element in the Mayor’s program to revitalize the downtown business district; the $8.8 million project also called for the upgrade of the neighborhood’s communication and electric utilities to meet current needs and standards.
