The Town Line Commons apartment complex, which sits next to the Bethel border, is a joint effort between DeMarco and Rizzo Construction, which acquired the property about five years ago after a landscaping yard on the site went out of business. The plan called for 33 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom units in two buildings at the Bethel town line. Construction work clearing the land and laying the foundation started in the fall of 2015 and the project was completed in the fall of 2016.
