Rizzo Hires Grads from Henry Abbott Tech

Henry Abbott Technical High School (HATS) in Danbury recently held a “Signing Event”, celebrating students who have gotten jobs in their chosen career fields. Part of The Connecticut Technical High School System (CTHSS), HATS offers a comprehensive high school and Career Technical Education in 12 occupational careers. Each graduate receives a high school diploma and a certificate in their chosen trade, ensuring that graduates have the opportunity to be hired right out of high school, or, in many cases, during high school.

When asked about the event, CEO Anthony Rizzo Jr. said, “I’m thrilled. The Rizzo family has had a long-standing tradition in developing electricians from Abbott Tech, including many of our family members. We are pleased to continue this tradition with these new recruits.”
