The Danbury Fair Mall has undergone major renovations to its interior, one of which was the re-invention of the Food Court. Rizzo Corporation was involved in this project by fitting out several new restaurants. Cosimo’s Pizza, Charley's Subs, and Famous Cajun Grill are new restaurants to the Danbury Fair Mall, while Subway, Haagen Dasz, and Nathan’s are prior tenants being relocated to new locations.

These jobs involved the installation of new electrical, HVAC, sprinkler, and kitchen systems in the intricate Danbury Fair Mall setting. Under a strict timeframe, Rizzo Corporation  completed these fit-outs by working long days and nights to meet the Danbury Fair Mall time schedule. The Mall planned the grade re-opening for the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce on May 30, 2007.
