This $2,000,000 Danbury Hospital project included the build out of 12,000 SF of clinical space, located on the ground level of Gold Garage. Rizzo Corporation was selected as the Construction Manager for this project. The work included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural finishes. Some site work was required for two new entrance canopies. The project required extensive coordination of mechanical utilities to accommodate existing conditions.

Along with their General Contracting building responsibilities, the Rizzo Corporation provided logistics planning, project scheduling, safety planning, quality assurance and operational management of the project on-site.
