Nuvance Research Institute is a 15,000 sqft Biomedical Research Lab, located within the Summit at Danbury. The lab is two floors consisting of a Class A open concept office area, perimeter private offices, large conference rooms, kitchenette and a premier lab space on a lower level.

Work Performed: Electrical demo, fire protection, lighting installation, electrical hookups, plumbing demo and new line, roof paneling, millwork, installation of handicap mounting, electrical power upgrade, elevator construction, emergency generator, h-vac demo and replacement, drywalling, catenary installation, door installation, metal framing, carpentry work, masonry work, roofing, concrete cutting and slabs.
