Rizzo Corporation was chosen by the City of Danbury to represent them as the construction managers for this ground up construction project. This building is comprised of a media room, offices, library, commercial kitchen, and a multi-purpose hall. The hall can be divided and utilized as four separate rooms.

The 15,000 sf Senior Center was constructed within budget in only six months.
