Rizzo Corporation is currently working on the renovation of two industrial/office buildings, located on Grays Bridge Road in Brookfield, CT. The project description for each location is as follows;

105A Greys Bridge Road, Brookfield:

Upgrade and convert a severely neglected 15000 sf warehouse building into a state-of-the-art steel fabricating and welding shop. An upgraded electrical service allows the sophisticated computer driven CNC equipment run with precision and efficiency. New exterior opening allows the conveyor system to easily load the raw material directly from the supplier’s trucks into the fabrication and assembly line. Upon completion, the conveyor discharges the finished product ready to be loaded and delivered to the client. The expanded parking areas provide additional storage for finished product or materials to be inspected for quality control.

105B Greys Bridge Road, Brookfield:

Refurbishing of an existing 10000 sf office and warehouse. Upgrade electrical service to provide adequate power for high efficiency air conditioning systems. New offices allow for the operation of a fast paced successful HVAC contractor. The unique design offers high ceilings to create an industrial look with exposed air handling equipment and ductwork to showcase the service and products they provide. A spacious workshop with two loading docks allows for efficient production and shipping to the many projects in progress. Ample parking allows for additional storage or parking for the fleet of vehicles.

The rear 2000 sf space has an additional loading dock and drive in vehicle access. This provides terrific access for our tenant that works on and refurbishes vehicles. The ease of having a vehicle transporter able to load directly from the building, creates a very valuable asset to the property.
