The scope of work of this project was to provide a new addition to house a service reception area, a service manager’s office and new car delivery room and new HVAC equipment. The balance of the project included renovation of all areas with the building, with the exception of the service bays. This $3,000,000 project included the addition of 16,500 square foot service space and 17,500 square feet of renovated showroom space. The work included a new pre-engineered steel building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and architectural finishes. Site work was required for concrete foundation and extended parking lot. The project also included extensive renovation of the existing building. All work was performed while the business is in operation.

Along with their General Contracting building responsibilities, the Rizzo Corporation is providing logistics planning, project scheduling, safety planning, quality assurance and operational management of the project on-site in an effort to assure that the project is completed on-time, in accordance with the contract documents and finally on budget.
