This $8,000,000 project (original building $5M, addition $3M) includes the addition of 16,500 sf of service space and 17,500 sf of showroom space. Rizzo Corporation was selected as the General Contractor for this and the original project. Work included a new pre-engineered steel building and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural finishes. The project also included extensive renovation of the existing building.
