This 132,000 square foot building, constructed in 1986 for a private publishing company, has been renovated and reconfigured to function as an office building, event and catering hall, warehousing operation, police training school, and fitness center. Tenant fit out was included. The building design allows for easy transformations to accommodate additional uses and space change requirements.

Air conditioning units were replaced, repaired or upgraded. Life safety systems were upgraded to code requirements and also structured for ease of reconfiguration (sprinklers). In addition, site access roads were widened, realigned, and regraded, the drainage system was repaired and extended, and the parking access road was widened and realigned. A full professional kitchen and catering facility was also added, along with room(s) to accommodate over 600 event attendees or tenant related functions.
