This project consisted of the relocation of portable classrooms from the rear of Rowayton Elementary School to the parking lot. The work included rerouting the electrical and plumbing and placing new concrete piers in the new location, onto which the portables were reassembled. The roof was resealed and the interiors put back together, and the ramp, stairs, and skirts at the bottom of the portable were reinstalled.

Sitework included removing existing islands in the parking lot and extending it, installing new site lighting bases, poles, and fixtures, removing the old foundations below grade, and restoring all disturbed areas.
