Rizzo Begins Constructing 45 South Street Apartments

Rizzo Corp. in cooperation with DeMarco Construction of Bethel, broke ground this fall and began foundation work on Town Line Commons in Danbury at the Bethel line.

Workers cleared the site and are installing foundations now. The project is located across South Street from Timber Oaks. The project calls for 33 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom units in two buildings. The work started in the fall and is expected to be completed in 2016.
